Vineyards of the Soave area, located in the North-East of Verona.
Of vulcanic origin, deep with clay on flatland.
Garganega, Trebbiano di Soave.
The grapes are vinified in white, after light maceration. The
must undergoes a light cleaning by static settling. Beginning
of fermentation is carried out by inoculation of selected
yeasts at controlled temperature of 16-18° C. Then the product
is cleaned, stocked in stainless steel tanks and aged in
Yellow with a tinge of green. Perfumes of golden apple and
apricot, with sweet notes of flowers. Balanced on the palate
with an aftertaste of almond, which is characteristic of Garganega
Pairs well with light starters, delicate dishes such as tagliolini
with shrimps or seafood risotto and many fish dishes.
To be served at 10-12° C.
